Hi, Im still new to this, so im wondering the following:
As per Scooby Calculator my TDEE to Maintain weight is 1889
and to lose weight @25% is 1416 (this matches what MFP advises for a 1lb loss a week)
This is when i put in that i have a desk job
However, i do exercises 4/5 times a week
so when i put this in my TDEE to maintain weight is 2439
and to lose wight @25% is 1829 (i assume this is net calorie intake)
so my question is, on the days i dont exercises, what should my calorie be the 1416 or the 1829 (as im assuming this is averaged out over the week)
I would be grateful if you could help.

1800 calories daily. The deficit is built in over the week.0 -

That helped me understand the detailed stuff--this method has you eating a set amount every day as opposed to eating back/not eating back your exercise calories.0 -
