Is Zumba enough?

I just started my weight loss plan and have been able to go to Zumba 2 days a week and a 30 minute walk another day of the week? Is that enough for now? I'm afraid of piling too much on and want it to be accessible? But will I start to see results with this? I have been following my calorie allowance too!

You will see results if you burn more calories than you eat, period.

You can create a calorie deficit through diet alone but exercise is good for the body and mind.

Yes, it's enough. The more you work out, the better you will feel. Then you will WANT to do more.

This. Exercise has nothing to do with weight loss. Staying in a proper deficit will create the weight loss. Use cardio activities like Zumba to increase your daily allowance and use strength training to tone your body.
