Is Zumba enough?

I just started my weight loss plan and have been able to go to Zumba 2 days a week and a 30 minute walk another day of the week? Is that enough for now? I'm afraid of piling too much on and want it to be accessible? But will I start to see results with this? I have been following my calorie allowance too!

You will see results if you burn more calories than you eat, period.
You can create a calorie deficit through diet alone but exercise is good for the body and mind.0 -
Yes, it's enough. The more you work out, the better you will feel. Then you will WANT to do more.0

This. Exercise has nothing to do with weight loss. Staying in a proper deficit will create the weight loss. Use cardio activities like Zumba to increase your daily allowance and use strength training to tone your body.0
