30 day shred question

For those of you have "done" this workout, did you do it 30 days in a row? Every other day? Just curious how you did it. I have the dvd but currently I just do it when I don't have time to go to the gym or the weather is yucky outside so not even once a week usually.
I am wondering if I should commit to it for 30 days and move on to something else or continue to use it as a fill in when I'm not doing something else.

I did it for 36 days; I took two rest days per level.

I tried every day and got burnt out. I do RI30 TTS now and I feel better about it and seem to be getting better results doing it this way.

    Hi!

I do it six days a week. I have Sundays off because I dance a lot on Saturday night.

You need the rest otherwise your joints give in and you throw the DVD out of the window..

    6 days/week
    1 rest day
Each level 10 days each....so actually longer than the 30

I did it 6 days a week. I lost 13.5 inches all over by the end. It had great results for me but I did find it rather dull after the first 2-3days of each level.

    Jillian recommends this schedule: 30 DS, 30 DS - cardio - 30 DS, 30 DS - cardio - rest.

I'm doing 30 DS on M-W-F. I do 4 Jazzercise classes/week and a Fitness Bootcamp, so I guess I'm not following her recommended schedule, but I can tell a big difference in my strength and stamina.

BTW..... I HATE LEVEL 2!!!! Sure hope I like Level 3 better. After I complete it, I plan to start over alternating Level 1 and 3 - skipping Level 2.
