What next??

So what do you do when you have met your Goal weight? I have met my goal weight but decided I want to lose additonal 3-5 pounds to play with to keep me aware if I go beyond that I need to get back on it. So how do you maintain your weight? Should I continue myfitness pal and change my goals?? I'm really afraid to stop using it as I so so so DEPEND on it! :smile: ANy suggestions are so much appreciated. Thanks!
