    HI Dee!! My friends and family call me Dee too! I am always willing to share tips on diet and exercise. I haven't been a member on MFP very long but I have been on a long weightloss journey. Please feel free to add me as a friend if you want. My diary is open to my friends so you can actually see what I eat. Sometimes it isn't pretty but it is honest. I exercise about 5 days a week doing a combination of different things but I am always open to new things too.
