I really Need Help to Be CONSISTENT !!!

I have the habit of starting off doing well, and then ill start to do bad, and the cycle continues !! I need help to stay on track, does anyone else have the same issue? What do you do to stay on track??? Any suggestions on what I should do?

    I think you'll find tons of people on here that have the same issue.... been there done that myself .... I get off then I hop back on - Simple .... for me everyday is a new start - doesn't matter what I did the day before :)

    I got hooked up with an individual accountability partner (my Beachbody coach) and got started in a challenge group. In the challenge group I got support from the others who were going through the same things I was struggling with. And my coach kept me 100% accountable.
    So find that one person to bust you when you experience weak moments and that group of supports who will hold your hand when you slip or shove you over the top when the hurdles get too high!
