No Weigh November!

Hey guys,
While I was roaming around the internet I saw a posting about 'No Weigh November' where we each cut ourselves a little slack and DON'T weigh ourselves for the whole of November! I have found that I have been a slave to the scale, obsessing over every tenth of a pound that my little scale tells me I've gained/lost, so I'm really interested in just 'doing my thing' and then seeing how far I've come on December 1st! It's a good reminder (to me, at least) that weight is not always an indicator of health, and that I need to focus more on my workouts and diet.
What do you guys think?
