Jumping/Skipping Rope

Has anyone lost a considerable amount of weight, with jumping/skipping rope.
I've recently started jumping rope as my daily exercise as it is a high intensity form of cardio; yet I am curoius on when I'll be able to see results.
If you've lost weight with jumping/skipping rope please mention the duration of when you did it,
how often you did it and how much you lost with jumping rope as your form of exercise :)

Started in late Jan of this year. Down to 222 now.

And Dane is lying about me. I do my yoga in the squat rack, not my skipping

So if you do yoga in the squat rack, do you think pilates in the cable crossover area would work?

now you're just being silly. pilates is supposed to be done in directly in front of the dumbbell racks. makes sure you place yourself as close to the rack as possible so that inconsiderate people don't try to reach around to grab the weights.
