Has anyone used the FITBIT?

I'm thinking about getting the FITBIT, but I'm not sure if it is worth my money or time. I saw that they have a new one out that is smaller and doesnt cost as much. Does anyone think its worth it, especially since you can link it to myfitnesspal.
