Realised how easy it is to go off track

In the last few days, I have been doing less exercise and it is starting to niggle at me. I have been unwell and the weather in London has been awful so I have not been doing much walking or going to the gym. I had to remind myself that I have not exercised in 3 days because I was worried about it becoming a habit. Fortunately my eating has been fine and I know I haven't messed up but today I was a bit slack with logging my food. Normally I do it in the morning on my way to work on my phone. If I forget I always remember at lunch time. Today I completely forgot until I was on my way home from work. At this point it occured to me that this was the first day that I had to remind myself to log. I guess this has taught me how important it is to log my food and how easy it is to get into bad habits such as not exercising.
