I'm not new but always looking for new friends!
Looking for people with a goal of 20lbs or less. It's really tough to lose such a small amount and love having the extra support/motivation.

Hey All: I am new to mfp and would like to lose 15 pounds before we go on a cruise in Feb. Back in 2009 I worked out at Curves and weighed 118 and was in great shape. During my divorce, I climbed to 140. (I'm 44, 5'4)
Even though I'm on some medication that can cause increase in appetite, I believe that with better eating habits and exercising every day, I can accomplish my goal.
Any ideas for working out at home would be great as money is tight. I really need help with my abdominal workout:)0 -
