I am new to MFP, but have been sort of tying to lose weight for a while now.
I plan on really hitting it hard, and staying as consistent as possible.
I have a desk job, and my supervisor has a nasty habit of buying pizza or Jimmy Johns for lunch.
I also LOVE TO EAT!!! I will eat almost anything, but I have a particularly soft spot for savory foods, and fast food.
So I now plan on making my own savory food, and working out.
I work out at home, I am going to the the Brazil Butt Lift(it is soooo not a dance party) and the Ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels.
Fell free to add me, I know it helps to have someone to talk to and compare/ challenge with!!!
Please let me know if you are working out at home as well!!!
