    Amazing results. You've completely inspired me to stay focused! I'm also 5'7 with a 150lb goal. Can you advise me on what worked for you? And how long did it take? I recommitted to my weight loss journey last week at 190lbs and I'm down 3lbs this week. Ofcourse I realize that the weight tends to come off quicker in the beginning than towards the end. Any tid bit or advice you can give would be greatly appreciated!!!

    thank you SO much for posting this! I've been in the dumps the last week or so but I am 5'6 and currently the weight in your before picture. To know that i could one day have a body even remotly close to that blows my mind and re-invigorates me. Way to go!!!

    I am new to MFP and am really wanting to lose about 30-40 lbs total. I'm only 5'2" but can't wait to see some results. I'm so NOT patient!!! LOL
