What treadmill to buy local to Richmond, VA

My 10 year old treadmill is on its last legs and I'm thinking about buying a new one. I refuse to buy anything that I can't test firsthand (e.g. no online-only shop-n-ship for me). As such, whatever I buy must be available in the Richmond metro area. I'm interested in recommendations based on my following criteria:
**********
Must-haves:
• My absolute upper limit is $1,000, but I'd much prefer $500-600 range (current one was a closeout for ~$400)
• Integrated heart rate monitor (HRM); 2 hand sensors, not the cheesy single thumb sensor like I have now
• >=300 lb weight limit (currently <265lb but want to start jogging so want a little extra power)
• Fold-able with wheels
• 2 sizable cup/stuff holders for water, weights, etc.
• Programmability, virtual trainer, and/or offline/online Internet connectivity (e.g. iFit, LifeFitness, etc.)
• 20" x 55" belt
• 0%-10% incline
• 0-10 mph
• ability to input current weight (especially important for burn rates)
Nice-to-haves, but not deal-breakers:
• Integrated fan that rotates or has movable louvers
• MP3 (Non-iPod) player integration
• larger belt (e.g. 22" x 60")
• upper body workout arms
**********
My local Walmart has a 'Gold's Gym Crosswalk 570' on clearance for $499 and it seems nice with good online reviews. My current one was also Walmart clearance item, so that doesn't scare me away.
I'd prefer first-hand experiences versus "I just happened to see online..." or "I have a friend who has a friend who saw.."
Thanks in advance... :glasses:
