2100 calories, unless I exercise, which I do, so it can go up to 2500 or more, although I do not always eat back the calories.

Some of my more common daily foods.

    oatmeal

Lots of salad (Italian fat free(now) dressing)

    Nacho Cheese Doritos

Lipton Diet Green Tea; Citrus; Raspberry

Those are my main dailies, mainly.

Egg Whites with some yolks, oatmeal, Jasmine Rice, yellow rice, chicken breast, sirloin, turkey, protein smoothies, all green leafy veggies are juiced for larger ingestion of Micro and Macro, coffee always, water and when I allow myself some sauce with pasta. 2900 calories for me.

I eat about 1700 for maintenance plus exercise calories when I earn them. It consists mostly of whole-grain, high-fiber pastas and whatever I throw in with it. I also eat reduced fat cheese (can only eat aged cheeses like cheddar - most dairy makes me sick), almond milk, oatmeal, brown rice, beets, spinach, carrots, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, honey, almonds, peanut butter, green or white tea, and occasionally (not daily) chicken breast or lean turkey. I guess I'm not a big meat or fruit person. I eat more than just what is on this list, but this is the usual stuff.

    @ stines72 - love the pic.
