Anyone else waitressing/working a TON?!

I have two jobs, both watiressing, but it keeps me running around 7 days a week. It's insanity, so I never have time or energy for a REAL workout. Everyone always says "oh, you must be in the BEST shape. You're on your feet all day." Yes, I can walk all day long, and carry things, but if you asked me to run I would laugh. And I huff and puff through any workout video. How does anyone find time AND energy for a regular workout routine?! I've been juggling my crazy workaholic lifestyle for the past 5 years and still haven't really been able to find a happy medium.

In a dream world I would like to workout 30-45 minutes doing cardio and weights 5 days a week. Right now I'm lucky if I can squeeze in one or two!

    I run a retail store and get about 10k-15k steps a day at work.

    I have to make time 3x a week in the morning to get an actual workout in because ive only been in this great shape for about a year.
    Make the time!
    Record your favorite shows and watch them while you workout in the morning.
    You really only need 30 mins.
    3x a week....
    Thats 1.5 hours out of 168 hours.......
