Hi

Picked up some Okra today for the first time in my life (never eaten it before) and I want to do something different with it. I've heard about gumbo and curry which are the obvious ones, but I'm looking for something a little different to do with it. Basically I'm bored with cooking veggies in the same way at the moment, which tends to be stir-fried with garlic, ginger and hot chillies or added to various South Asian soups.

Any ideas?
