Jillian Michaels 6 Week 6 Pack

Hey there!

I recently completed JMs 30 day shred and loved it. However as that was the only one that was on YouTube I haven't tried any more of her stuff and went on to, lets say cheaper workouts but boy! are they awesome:happy:!

BUT! I looked on YouTube today her 6 Week 6 Pack it on there! :drinker: Only Level One though :sad:

I'm doing other work outs which I love atm but I kinda want to vary it, keep my body guessing so to speak....sooo....

Should I do the 6 week 6 pack. Maybe do it 3 times a week and the other work outs for 3 with a rest day? I don't want to rely solely on 6W6P because I do love the other workouts and the 6W6P looks painful (!!!!!!:laugh: ) so opinions?

    Steph,

    Add some variety to your workout by strength training 3 times a week and doing cardio especially HIT.

    Time to increase your intensity in your workouts.
