Hope without surgery????

Hi guys I'm 48 and been pretty active all my life. But after 3kids, the 3rd being a c-section I've been wondering if I'm ever going to get that flat smooth stomach. I work out and try to eat pretty clean but will admit I'm not always good. I am very happy with every other part of my body but this area between my belly button and the c-section scar. Just feeling frustrated and wondering if there is hope without surgery.

I'd like to know too. I didn't have C-sections, but I did have a hysterectomy which left me with a lower abdominal scar so I know have they refer to as the "shelf". UGH!
