Metabolic Resistance Training Calories???

Anyone log this? Like Cross-fit, Circuit Lifting, etc.? I don't know how many calories to log for this. I do 15 to 30 minutes 3 days a week. If you don't know what this is, it is typically completing a series of lifting exercises without rest, taking a short rest, then repeating. You get a big cardio benefit as well as the benefit from lifting.
