I try to eat as clean as I can but I don't think that it negates the need to count calories. Also wanted to add thet there is a great magazine called "Clean Eating" that is full of recipes and tips that might be right up your alley. Good luck.0

I have attempted to 'eat clean' at every meal. A lot of my recipes and meals come from the Clean Eating Magazine...which I am absolutely obsessed! The only thing I find is some meals are more dense (higher calorie counts) than others but loaded with everything you in that one meal. When I come across these I just tend to eat a smaller portion. Love the 'eat clean diet' and yes you can do it and still count calories too! You are going to feel great!!0

I try to eat clean. The log still helps me though in keeping honest when I get off track. I also like it because I can see that I can eat more calories when I do "clean eating" than when I do processed eating. I know it is calories in and calories out, but that is the way it seems to me.0

I try to eat clean too, and I count calories. I know both have helped me lose my weight. I don't know what I'll do when I reach my goal weight, but for now, counting works, so don't feel bad!0

Eating Clean is all natural foods i.e. fruits, veggies, lean proteins. No chemically processed foods (white flour, sugar, splenda, sweet and low, equal) are out the door.
There is a book by Tosca Reno called The Eat Clean Diet... phenominal. It isn't a diet, but a lifestyle commitment.0
