Hi guys,
I've to get a new weighing scales and was just wondering would a digital or doctors mechanical scales be better? Which do you use.

    I like the digital, especially the ones that tell you your body fat percentage. Mine also stores all my information, my goal weight, tells me how much I've lost or gained since my last weight in and how many lbs away from my goal I am, it also gives my BMI. I love my scale!!
