Hi, I've been on mfp since June 2012 and have lost a lot of weight. However, this past week, even though I'm following the diet plan, my weight is floating up. At this point it is just a pound, but I am concerned. I started my TOM Monday-- Is that the reason why, or should I adjust my diet and exercise?

First off....ONE pound is nothing to panic at and if you started your TOM I can almost guarantee you it's water weight! Up your fluid intake and don't step on the scale until your TOM is gone!0
