Healthy quick snacks

What are your favorite healthy quick snacks? I used to just grab a bag of chips or a box of cheez-its and munch on those but lately I've been more into fresh fruits like bananas, apples, or grapes.

    I have Almonds, Oats 'n Honey granola bar, fruits, raw veggies, low-fat yougurt :)

    Fruit, or some of these 100 cal. snack packs. This a.m. I made some plain popcorn with just a little oil & popcorn salt.

    SLICED ALMONDS!

    I used to eat them whole but sliced is so much crunchier and chip-like & you feel like you're eating more of them because they're in so many pieces.

    Luna bars are great too. 3g fiber, 9g protein, 180 calories each and worth every calorie. They come in many flavors too, & are made of organic ingredients.

    Lara Bars are really great too.

    I buy trader joes individual nut packs cashews or almonds. I also measure out sunflower seeds. Fruit of course or string cheese. Hummus and bell pepper.
  • I'm a big fan of pistachios - I love the taste of course but the time they take to open and eat is a good thing too. :wink:

    I also snack on pork jerky - great protein but a bit high in sodium unfortunately, mini marshmallows sometimes, Laughing Cow cheese, Cracker Jacks - only 120 calories and 2g fat in a box and it doesn't feel like "diet food".
