Stuck at the same weight!

Hey everyone just a little check in. Every first of the month i try to set a new goal in what i'd like to achieve fitness wise. I have been doing really good the first few weeks and then these last two weeks my weight has stayed constant. I even excercise more than when I first started, eat healthy, go to the gym 5 times a week and dont eat 4 hours prior to bed time. I dont know what to do to crank it up. It seems really hard to loose these 3 pounds. I am 153 and I'd really like to get down to 150 before setting a new goal any tips on how to get over this plateau and suprise my body so it can burn more? What food is good to kinda clean my system and any cardio/ excercise tips?
