Skipping breakfast?

Normally I am a breakfast eater. Every morning at work I get a bowl of steel cut oats with dried cranberries and extra cinnamon. It's good for me and keeps me full.
This morning my little bowl of oaty goodness is sitting on my desk waiting for me, but I am just not hungry. I think I will just put it in the refrigerator and maybe have it later.
I don't want to force myself to eat if I am not hungry, but on the other hand, I know I should eat something.
What to do? What to do?

Sometimes when I want to eat but don't feel hungry, I just take a bite. If you enjoy it and want more, go for it. If not, that's really the most you can try besides force feeding yourself.0
