Dumbells... but what do i do

Wife bought a set of small tree dumbells last year i found them under the bed last night.

Is there a web site that can teach me the best way to use these to increase my weight loss and general muscle toneing or can anyone suggest the best exercises i can get started with ??

    I use them daily, even if it's just to make my regular exercises a little tougher, I hold them while doing squats and lunges, and they are absolutely necessary (in my humble opinion) to get any kind of tone in your arms. I like youtube. I can watch a million different exercises, find the ones I like and can do well, I'm not very coordinated so I have to find things that don't take a whole lot of balance, there are probably millions of different things you can do!!     goblet squat
    rear foot elevated dumbell split squat
    lunges
    dumbell stiff legged deadlift
    dumbell snatch
    dumbell clean and press


    google them

    also you have rows ,flies, curls etc etc etc the list is almost endless

    depending on how heavy they are you could either put those together into some kind of circuit with some body weight stuff or stick to your normal 3-4 sets of 5-12 reps.
