Well actually I am just back. Summer is coming thought it was time to get back to it.. And, hopefully make a few friends along the way.

    happy to meet your.. i am new to this website as well. we have a couple of peopel that we decided to help with accountability. we check each others blogs daily to make sure we are working out.. if you would like to join just add me and we will go from there.

    It has helped a friend of mine now she blogs daily about her workouts and knows that others are looking for it..

    I use beachbody products to workout at home and love them. What do you use?
