setting my numbers - Low carb help!

For those who follow a low-carb diet. What do you suggest I set my %'s to? 20% carbs, 20% fat, 60% protein? I realize I can adjust as I go, but I'm not sure where to start. Thanks for any help!

  • I'm not sure about percentages but I limit myself to 40 carbs a day, I believe that's the max for following the first stage of the Atkins diet. I'm eating my pepperoni and cheese right now! Good luck!
