Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm 45 year old mother of 2 grown boys and wife of 26 years. I have been on a diet for most of my Adult life...Up and Down the scale has been my journey. So, October 30, 2012 I decided that this was my last trip on the scale and now am on my journey down to my goal.

I wish all you luck and I hope that together we can encourage each other on our journeys!!!
