Right now I do not take any vitamins and I want to start, but I'm not sure which one(s) to take.
What do you guys take? Particularly I also want to take something that will boost my immune system.

A multi-vitamin is a good start. You can also take a Pre-natal vitamin, great source for micronutrients, super cheap, and you don't have to be pregos to take them, heck you don't even have to be a woman to take them.0

Flinstones are my favorite because they taste yummy.0

I take a calcium pill with added vit. D in the morning with an Omega 3-6-9 pill. (Most people get enough Omega 6 & 9s.) At lunch I take an iron pill.
If you take multiple pills as I do make sure you don't get ones that'll cancel each other out. For instance, calcium blocks iron absorption & caffeine blocks both iron & calcium so I have to take iron & calcium at different times & make sure I don't take them with caffeine for maximum absorption.
It's easier just to take an over the counter multivitamin (but be sure to check with your dr if you're on any meds, of course).0 -

I used to take those when I was younger and they are so good! lol
Thanks for the input!0 -
I take a multi vit but its not that 'multi'... most are missing things that people need to balance out on their own depending on what they personally need. I also take Iron, Cal w/ D and fish oil daily.0
