My nonstick titanium pan- was super expensive ($350) but NOTHING will stick to it. Great for cooking with no butter or oil.
My Magic Bullet- great for on-the-go smoothies

Digital scale, this is seriously the best purchase that I have ever made health-wise.

Crockpot- while at the gym, I know that my meal is at home waiting for me.

    honorable mentions:
sharp knife and a few good cutting boards
    measuring devices
    electric skillet for a wok
    gas grill
    steamer bags for the microwave

    what I want to add:
new crockpot with meat thermometer built in
    sous-vide machine

No one would live very long without the coffee maker. We'd all kill one another.
