The boss ordered Jason's Deli for us. I wanted to order a panini, but I got a turkey wrap and veggie soup instead.
I ate the veggie wrap and halfway through the soup I was completely STUFFED! This would have NEVER EVER happened when I started my responsible eating and portion control.
I'm kinda stoked.

Isn't it a great thing? I love that I can eat until I'm full and still be proud that I am staying within my cals and eating healthy. Way to go that is definately an NSV!0
