I found this - it is pretty much as I remember, but I left out the bouillon & the onion soup...too salty and it had plenty of flavor from all the veggies.

I use vegetable broth omit the salty onion soup mix and replace the green peppers (give me upset stomach) with green beans.

This makes around a gallon of soup so I share it with my daughter and her boyfriend. Or you can freeze it.

I make my own broth and after that basically follow the posted recipes above.
    For the broth, I use:
    - a small (or half or third of a medium) celeriac (celery root), peeled & whole
    - a peeled onion, whole
    - 1-2 carrots, whole
    - 2-3 leeks, white part only, whole

I put these into a pot of cold water (10-12 cups; give or take a little) and place on low heat on the stove. It slowly heats up and simmers. It takes about 3-4 hours to get a tasty broth to use for many things. It can be frozen, too, which is a bonus. When the broth is done, remove the veggies and discard.

For cabbage soup, in the soup pot saute (no added oils) chopped onions, red peppers and chopped carrots for a few minutes. If they start to stick, I add a spoonful of the broth. When the onions are soft, I add about 4-5 cups of broth and a tablespoon or so of tomato paste (you can freeze the remaining part of the can in tablespoon "plops" for later use). As the broth heats, I add to this 3-4 cups of chopped cabbage, green beans, left-over steamed veggies, a chopped tomato or two, chopped mushrooms, beets.....pretty much whatever is in the fridge (I once added half a baked sweet potato that was left over). Cook until the cabbage is soft and season to taste.
I don't really like the veggies in these chunks so I use a hand blender to puree it a bit. It's still chunky; just not as much so.

I'm not sure if the calorie count is what MFP states but it would be close, I think. There's nothing in this but veggies.
