Am I eating efficiently?

I want to get toned, build a little muscle and stay toned while keeping off body fat.
I eat 1,700 calories (well, I try to hit 1,700 calories xD)
40% calories from carb and 20% from protein and fat

About me:
height: 5'0"
weight: about 100-ish lbs (I haven't weighed myself in a while)
18 years old.

Activity:
I workout about 5 days a week
Monday, Wednesday, Friday are my split weight training routine days
Monday to Friday I do cardio for 30 minutes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday then 45 minute spinning workout. (sometimes I vary my cardio with elliptical or HIIT treadmill)
On the weekends I try to rest but I'm a waitress who constantly walks for almost 8 hours - if that matters.

So, are my macros okay? Input is appreciated :) thank you for those who took their time to actually read this >.<
