Breakfast Protien Drink Recipe - Opinions

Hi Everyone,
I am looking to change out my carnation instant breakfast that has been standard for me for about 3 years for something with more nutrition and wanted opinions on this recipe. I need something super fast and that I can eat while I drive, as I am not a morning person, and I have 4 kids to get out the door to kindergarten and preschool. I've never been a huge fan of fruit smoothies although I love fruit. I eat this at 8am.

Bsn Syntha-6 Protein Powder - Chocolate Peanut Butter , 22 g 100 8 3 11 1 110
Milk - Nonfat (fat free or skim), 0.5 cup 43 6 0 4 0 64
Amazing Grass - Green Superfood Chocolate Powder, 1 scoop 30 4 1 2 0 40
Blue Diamond - Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almondmilk, Vanilla, 0.5 cup 20 1 2 1 0 90
Quick Tools 283 42 6 19 13 305

I follow it with a Banana at about 9:30.

About me: I am just starting to work using myfitnesspal to lose and then maintain weight. I lost 13lbs on Medifast in the spring, but I put it back on since July (which is an alarming rate of gain for me). I would like to lose about 15lbs. I am not diabetic, have a huge sweet tooth (but no cravings for chips and that kind of stuff) and I try to avoid fake sugars (therefore the higher calorie protein supplement). I do a stoller strides class that burns about 400 calories and combines cardio and strength once a week, and try to walk about 4 miles twice a week, plus chasing 4 little kids. I've been either pregnant or breastfeeding for 5 years straight so my appetite is a bit out of control. I also have low blood pressure and we try not to eat too many processed foods so reducing sodium isn't a huge priority for me.

I use protein powder and water, keep it simple.

That does indeed appear to be a protein drink. Nice work OP.

That's a nice tree. Just make sure not to miss the forest.

throw in a 1/4-1/2 a cup of dry oats in and blend it up for a few extra calories. i do it in practically the same shake, it's not lumpy at all, in fact i barely notice they're in the shake.

And with a Vitamix, nothing is ever lumpy in one of these shakes.
