C25K App

Hey guys. I just started using the C25K App on my Android today and I love it! However, I was about half way through the time (about finished with set 4 of 8) and got a phone call. My C25K App restarted itself! I was very upset cause I wanted to push myself to finish it but I really didn't want to start over. How can I prevent this from happening besides putting my phone in airplane because I'd like to be able to use my phone when I am out walking/jogging. Please help!
