adding food to the diary

i am trying to add my sub from subway but i can't figure out how to do it where it comes out right. i want all the nutrional vaules on there, can anyone help. i am new to this.

Either search for the sub you ordered (example "subway 6 inch ham") and when it comes up add it to your diary - you can add additional ingredients separately if there's more you want to add (example "subway pepperjack cheese") or create a new food and add your sandwich exactly how you made it using the nutritionals from the subway website.0

You can go to Subway's website & look up nutritional values for all their menu items, and "build" your sandwich. That will give you values for all the nutritional items you want to track.0
