Hi,
I've been using this site/the app for a good while now, but never for a sustained period of time. Usually log food/exercise for a few days at a time, then either forget about it for a while or more often don't bother logging what I eat when I know its been a bad food day.
But I've decided that for the whole of November I'm going to do it, even days when I've ate crap or been out on the drink, and hope that kick starts a bit of weight loss for me!

I've totally been there. I log in a few days in a row then can go a week without logging. It's funny that you mention starting to log the whole month of November. I too, decided I would log each day this month, even if I don't want to or it was a bad day.
I'm sure you'll do fine and it will be motivating/encouraging.0 -

What a great idea. I have been at it almost two months and lost 11 pounds. However, the last couple of weeks I've fallen off the wagon, so to speak. What better time than now to start back up?!0
