For fun I decided to check my resting heart rate. It was 54 both times that I checked it.
According to http://www.topendsports.com/testing/heart-rate-resting-chart.htm, my heart rate is considered athletic for men my age. I'm a woman.

Mine was 54 when I took it last week! I was so shocked. When I went to donate blood, my heart rate was at 64. I had just come up some stairs and was a little nervous about donating blood.
At my heaviest my RHR was about 95-100. Amazing how much it drops when you get in better health!0
