Healthy lifestyle but never lost weight!

Beginning of year 2012, I decided to exercise a lot and consistently go to the gym. Twice a week I do Zumba, run 3 miles twice a week on the treadmill. I also started doing a CrossFit type of workout. CrossFit made me stronger, however I never lost any weight.

I realized that only exercise is not going to help me. I have to focus on eating the right stuff along with exercising. I am going to cut my dependence on carbs such as rice and wheat and hope that gets me somewhere! Cheers to everyone on this journey!
