I have been tracking my calcium and going over with little to no effort. MFP requires 100. 100 what? mg's?

    It's the % based on a 2,000 calorie diet.
  • It's the RDA %, so if you hit 100, that's 100% of your daily intake. For example, the yoghurt I'm having today has 50% of my daily intake. When I've adding products to the database in the past, that's how calcium is listed - as a percentage. On nutritional labels it's usually listed as a percentage and as a amount - ie 330mg and 33%.

I'm pretty sure that the RDA for calcium is 1000mg.
