Today marks 1 solid month of beginning MFP and doing it the right way by staying within my calorie range. I began my MFP / exercise journey on 10/1/12 and haven been in the gym every single day doing at least an hour of cardio and burning 400+ calories per day. My regimen began with daily walikg on the treadmill @ 2.5mph for @ least 45 - 50 min and only being able to complete about 5 - 10 minutes on an elliptical trainer. Today, I am so proud to say that I can complete 60 straight minutes of cardio on an elliptical with the resistance level varying from 10 to 15 and can now jog for 15 minutes straight @ a speed of 4mph which = 15min / mile. I am so proud of myself. I plan to take it up a notch this month and push myself even harder. I love how my body feels after a good workout and plan to never go back to being a couch potato.
