30 miles @ 6mph this week on the treadmill with a level 1 hill. Must be getting fitter as the number of calories burnt keep going down. :grumble:



I thought of a challenge for December will keep you updated.

Cool idea...cycling is the best way in my experience to lose weight etc....

Just signed up for the Loughborough Half Marathon next year, only 119 days to go, time to step up the training.
