Hi everyone,
I joined here last month on my phone when my hubby was diagnosed with Diabetes. I want to lose some weight because I'm unhappy with being almost 30 lbs from 200. If I recall I'm only trying to get down to 155 right now but would like to see myself down to 135. I know it will take a while but that's ok. Now if I can just get use to how this site works I'll be even better. Plus learn to eat at least 3 meals a day instead of 1 to 2

the site really helps with planning your meals and you can get all the support you want too
i think its even better that you aren't doing this alone because a partner always helps0
