How many grams of protein does one need...

Since the dawn of time this question has been asked by everyone. It's the question that never seems to have a definite answer. "How many grams of protein does one need in a day?"

I've been averaging around 90 grams of protein a day. My current goal is to lose weight and build/maintain as much muscle as I can. Am I under? Over? Just right?

    It's unique per individual. A safe bet is 1 g / lb of (lean)body weight. Adjust from there as goals change.
