Thanks to whoever said weight loss is not linear and to keep at it and it will happen. That comment really helps to keep me motiviated on days when I feel like giving up. Even though I didn't reach my goal this month, I haven't been able to get this close to my ideal weight in over a decade.

11/5: 150.6 (YEAH) I know it's only 1.6lbs, but I must have eaten a 1/2lb of Snickers yestersday. I feel sick, but I officially weighed 155 last Monday, which is a 4.4lbs loss so go figure, The 152.2 is from Oct.31..
11/12: - 153.6 (+3) Well all the over eating have caught up to me. I know I'm responsible fof my eating and exercise habits, but my husband doesn't help. He cooks all these high calorie foods and I have zero will power lately. I've also been depressed and have trouble getting exercise in. All I want to do is sleep or watch TV. I'm going to try and get back on track this week. I'm using my Seasonal Affective Light to see if that helps. I have a workout with my trainer scheduled for today.
11/19: 152.3 Well I've lost zero lbs so far this month, but have also not eaten and exercised very well. It will be a challenging coming week.

11/30 154 - Well it was not a good month for me. My eating this last week has been totally out of control. I was actually at 151.x for a few days the past 1 1/2 weeks. That felt good. I feel like I'm at a crossroads of either giving up or digging deep inside and get back on track. Dec. is going to be a really hard month. I just started some new medications. Some I take with food, some on an empty stomach. Geez! This morning I took my antibiotic on an empty stomach and within a half-hour started feeling like I was going to puke.0 -
