New and motivated

Hi everybody. (:
Soo, I just joined. Gonna have a look around.
You can call me Bambam, I plan on visiting here a lot.
I have a hard time controlling my weight,it flucuates a lot, and I need to develop a better workout routine.. preferably one that's regular.. :x
Sometimes it's really hard for me to get motivated, I feel like nothing I do works. Then I'll lose a few lbs, feel great.. then in a few weeks I'll just gain them back. It's a continuous cycle and I'm sorta sick of it, so I need to change something.
