I joined this site, from a facebook friend telling me how good it was. Haven't been on it in months, but the last few days. It has so much good info and is a great site, that i think is really going to help me. I have been trying to exercise at least 45 minutes a day, and keep my calories down below 1700 a day. The site has some great tools which will help me achieve them. I have dieted many times, from weight watchers, to sugar busters, and they all worked. This time i am planning on counting calories and exercising.
