Hi all!
I really hate talking about myself but here goes. I am almost 33 (2 weeks away) and 314 lbs. My goal is to be down to 160-150 by next year (if I don't make it, that is ok but I will be close to it!) I have OCD and it has taken over with my calorie reporting and my exercising. I log everything and exercise every day but Saturday. The boyfriend picked Kettleworx to start with (he has stopped 3 weeks in). I am really enjoying working with the kettlebells, and after 3 weeks of exercising I can do a plank, it isn't perfect but I got up off the ground! Slow and steady wins the race and this is one race I will win! I have a ton of energy now and the baby loves it because I get down on the floor and play with him and chase him, the older two though think I am nuts (13 and 11) but they probably thought that before I started exercising. Well anyways, hi and good luck everyone with your goals!
